British ex pats have no rights
Not for 3 months after they arrive in Great Britain, they don't. Did you know that under Blair, the Labour government in 2004 passed a law saying that any ex-pat returning to live in England, was not entitled to ANY benefits at all!!! However all the rest of the world can, and do. Good, isn't it. It makes you feel really proud to be British.

British ex pats who return are by definition no longer 'ex pats' and are therefore entitled to whatever benefits other British are entitled to, including Old Age Security, Medicare etc.
ReplyDeleteIs Britain penalising her 'ex pats' just because they were away for a while?
