Debt swap protects Brazils forests. Now I am ALL in favour for anything protecting something else, especially when it's to do with forests, otherwise in a few years we'll all be walking about with oxygen masks. However, this is a novel idea and I would like to know if my debt of 100$ could be swapped to protect something else grandiose?
